Shipping

Order Processing Times

Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days from placing your order. Once orders are shipped, your parcel should arrive within 2-3 working days. If you wish to cancel your order, please email customercare@monkaara.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee orders can be cancelled after this period. 

Royal Mail

We use Royal Mail to ship all your orders. Please refer to the Royal Mail website for their latest shipping information. Please be aware that shipping may be delayed due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and staff shortages. These delays are out of our control and we will not be held responsible for shipping delays.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48. Most items will be able to fit through your letterbox, therefore you won't need to sign for your order. Larger orders may require a signature if they cannot fit through your letterbox. If you are not at home to receive your order, Royal Mail will leave a red calling card. It is your responsibility to ensure that you collect your order or arrange for a re-delivery.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track your parcel using the tracking link provided in your confirmation of dispatch email. 

Shipping Countries

Please note, we currently only ship within the UK. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Damaged orders

Our items are quality checked before packing, and are packed with care prior to dispatch. Unfortunately, sometimes packages get mishandled during the transportation process. If your order arrives damaged, please email customercare@monkaara.com, ensuring to supply images of your damaged order. We will assess the photos and advise you accordingly. 

Non received orders

If you have not received your order and the lead window has passed, please email customercare@monkaara.com, providing your order number and name. 

Suspicious activity

If we suspect that someone is pretending to have missing orders when in fact they have received it, they may be banned from shopping with Monkaara. We may decide to report this if we feel that this is the case.
